UK Delivery Address

LU Collections are committed to bringing it’s customers the best and most efficient postage options. If there is a service which we do not deliver please let us know and we’ll endeavour to make it happen.

We have a range of purchase options but please be aware that the delivery charge, in some instances, can be determined by the product you’re looking at buying.

UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail's first class delivery service or by courier and customers can expect delivery within one to five working days. Orders need to be placed by 12pm to receive by next working day. Deliveries are usually made between 7 am and 6pm. You will be sent an email confirmation when your parcel has been dispatched and depending on the size and value of your order, may contain a link to track your parcel's progress. If no-one is present to take delivery and in cases sign for the parcel, you should receive a calling card explaining how and where to collect your parcel or who to call to organise a re-delivery. If you don't collect your parcel within a certain period of time, it will be returned to the distribution warehouse at Lemonpath. Re-delivery can then be arranged but may incur a supplementary postage cost.

If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable period of time and no calling card is present, please contact sales@lucollections.com and a member of the team will open an investigation.
International delivery address
International orders are sent using a recorded delivery service. You will receive your tracking link in an email once your order has been picked, packed and posted. Delivery time will vary depending on the country's postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time before releasing them for delivery. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Any additional import duties must be covered by the customer.
